I export electronic goods, and to mitigate exchange rate risks, I opened an account with your platform to trade USD/THB. But the data provided by your Thai team is extremely delayed! Normally, it should display when the foreign market is stable, but when crucial data is released, your prices lag behind the actual market by 2-3 minutes, causing all my hedging orders to execute at the worst possible prices! Even worse, you deliberately widen the spread in the backend, increasing the normal 3-pip spread to 20 pips during critical moments! I contacted customer service to confront them, but your Thai manager shamelessly claimed, 'This is normal market volatility!' I compared five different platforms, and none of them deceive us like you do! As a genuine exporter, our profits are already slim, and this scam has caused a loss of 2 million baht!

I couldn’t reach my account manager, and the system automatically closed my position the next morning, causing me a loss of 42,000 baht. What’s even more frustrating is that after I filed a complaint, the customer service responded in English, saying 'market volatility is normal,' ignoring the 17 unanswered calls I made. They delayed the process by claiming 'data maintenance,' and the remaining 20,000 baht in my account was frozen due to 'suspected abnormal trading.' Avoid brokers like this—they can lead to losses. They are utterly irresponsible, just trying to trick me into depositing money and profiting from my losses.

I scrambled to check the records, only to discover that your Thai technicians had mistakenly marked a bullish signal as a bearish one, costing me over $20,000! I'm so angry! Scammers cause financial losses
I'm so pissed! Never fall for this broker. They say they'll investigate, but in reality, they just do it like a repeater. EBC's overnight interest rates are rip-offs. But I'm long EUR/MYR, and sometimes I'm charged RM300, sometimes RM900. There's no pattern. Last month, I checked my bill and found that EBC had overcharged me by RM5,400 in overnight interest. I applied for a RM80,000 withdrawal on March 15th, but the money still hadn't arrived by April 20th. Customer service gave 10 excuses: "Finance leave," "Bank delay," "Document re-approval," and each time told me to wait "next week." I contacted my bank (Public Bank), and they said they hadn't received the transfer request from EBC. It's clearly EBC deliberately withholding funds. Don't believe EBC's "fast withdrawal" scam. Don't touch a scam like this, where spreads and manipulation are used to rob you.

EBC acts like a "Baht hunter" in the foreign exchange market. Last month, I traded USD/THB on the night of the non-farm payroll report. I set my buy order at 36.50 baht per dollar, but the system displayed a trading price of 36.72. The 22-pip pricing error cost me 44,000 baht, which was three months' profit from selling handmade essential oils in Siam Square. Even worse was the withdrawal issue. I requested a 200,000 baht withdrawal, but the platform stated, "5% cross-border processing fee deducted," despite their advertisement clearly stating "no withdrawal fees." EBC doesn’t even hold a basic Thai financial license. According to Thailand’s SEC, they are renting a virtual office on Sukhumvit Road in Bangkok to deceive customers. Over the past 30 days, I executed 25 trades, and 17 of them had abnormal slippage, averaging 18 pips per trade, totaling 186,000 baht in losses. The customer service rigidly replied in English with just "Normal market." EBC exploits slippage to steal money and deducts funds upon withdrawal. Thai friends should absolutely avoid it!

Even if you make a profit, you cannot withdraw your money, otherwise they will intervene in your account, resulting in huge losses. I deposited 15k to copy trades from the master account, I made 25k and closed all trades, totaling 40k. Seeing my huge profits, they intervened in my account and magnified 7 large orders of 7.82 each, causing my account to collapse within 15 minutes. We work hard and invest our hard-earned money to improve the lives of our families, but they shamelessly steal from us. I complained to the platform, but they ignored it and even tried to squeeze more money from me. The act of sexually predating customer funds has completely destroyed the last bit of trust I had in EBC.
