On August 14, 2025, at 10:00 PM, I deposited 3,000 RMB via UnionPay transfer. The order number for the deposit into the XM platform is 79107275. During the transfer process, I also included the order number in the remarks section. My MT5 trading account number is 68736317. As of today, August 18, the deposited amount has not been credited to my account, nor has the money been refunded to me. Over the past few days, I have contacted XM platform's customer service three times, including sending emails, but the only response I received was to 'wait patiently.' When asked when the issue would be resolved, the customer service representatives could not provide a definite timeframe. Overall, it feels like they are stalling. In the past, such matters were resolved within 24 hours with clear responses, but now there is no clear answer or explanation—just repeated requests to 'wait patiently' without actually addressing the problem. Automatic position opening caused my account to be liquidated.

At 00:27, I opened a 2.5-lot short position on a micro account and went straight to sleep. At 02:30, I woke up to find 32 dense 8-lot short positions opened, resulting in a margin call. Despite having no funds (no money), attempts to open positions continued. It's utterly disgusting. The customer service tried to argue that I did it myself. At 00:27, I opened 2.5 lots and immediately fell asleep—how could dense positions be opened between 01:04 and 01:10? When I checked the logs at 02:30, only the 2.5-lot opening had local records; the rest weren’t my doing. Please help recover my losses—this is a vile, shameless scam by ex. Others had warned about ex automatically opening positions during sleep, causing huge losses, but I didn’t believe it until it happened to me. Yesterday, someone reported ex system glitches charging swap fees, and today they targeted micro accounts. The IP change might be from using a VPN to log into ex’s official site to file a complaint after the margin call. Please uphold justice.

I had an account with Exness and submitted all the required documents, including a video verification as requested. After making profits from my trades, I tried to withdraw my funds, but my request was rejected without any clear explanation. I contacted customer support multiple times, but the responses were vague and inconsistent. Every time, they gave me a different excuse, even though I fully complied with all of their verification requirements. It’s clear that Exness is blocking withdrawals once you start making profits, which is unacceptable and dishonest behavior. I strongly advise all traders to avoid this broker. They may appear regulated, but they do not respect client funds or transparency. I am in the process of filing a formal complaint with regulatory authorities.

Ex platform: On April 14, the Ex platform experienced a system glitch which caused me to lose over 16,000 US dollars, and they refuse to compensate.

EX platform had a system glitch for half an hour from 22:00-22:30 on April 14, 2025, causing losses of 16,000 US dollars across my four accounts. I held short positions that I could not sell, and I have screen recordings as evidence. I emailed the platform but they did nothing! They are an unscrupulous platform! They acknowledged in their reply that there was a half-hour system glitch and that I had manually attempted to sell my short positions, but that the transactions failed. If there had been no system glitch, I would not have suffered losses, and ultimately, my account was liquidated. My email requesting compensation has been ignored. Beware of the unscrupulous EX platform, be cautious and don’t be deceived again.

Taurex is a scam broker

When I created my account, they said my profile was completely valid and I could start trading. But when I made a profit of $800, I withdrew my money and they said my account was not verified.
