From what I’ve seen, withdrawals via VISA and Mastercard take 2 to 7 business days, depending on the correspondent bank. SWIFT withdrawals also fall within the same 2-7 day range. I’d say it’s a bit slow compared to some brokers that process withdrawals more quickly, but I understand that international transfers can take time. If you’re in a hurry, this could be something to keep in mind.
No, XLibre is not regulated. Personally, I find that a lack of regulation raises some red flags. Without regulatory oversight, there's no external body ensuring the broker's operations are fair and that my funds are protected. This makes me cautious when dealing with unregulated brokers, as the safety of my investments could be at risk.

The Pro and VIP accounts have different benefits, such as commission-free trading for Pro and a slightly tighter spread for VIP, but with higher deposit requirements. I’d personally start with the CENT account to test the waters.
