However, I always look deeper than the regulatory badge. While Instreet is regulated in Australia, I noticed some potential concerns flagged regarding the scope of its business activities and possible risks associated with its operations. Such "suspicious scope of business" cautions are not uncommon in the industry, but they do compel me to proceed very cautiously. Even with regulatory oversight, it’s essential for me to cross-check other aspects like business transparency and the physical presence of the broker, especially since I’ve seen reports noting the absence of an office during physical visits.
