As an experienced trader who has evaluated a range of brokers, I approached WorldFirst with my typical requirement for compatibility with Expert Advisors (EAs) for automated trading. I found that WorldFirst’s platform is primarily self-developed and is positioned as a business-to-business payment and currency conversion solution rather than a typical forex brokerage catering to individual retail traders. It does not utilize MetaTrader 4 or 5, which are the industry-standard platforms where EAs are most commonly deployed. From my review of WorldFirst’s product offerings and technical details, there does not appear to be support for EAs or algorithmic trading. Their focus is on multi-currency accounts, cross-border payments, and business-oriented FX services, such as spot and forward contracts, rather than retail trading with third-party automation. Furthermore, there’s no mention of a proprietary API or automation capability that could be used in a manner similar to those found on major retail trading platforms. In my experience, if automated trading through EAs is a central part of your strategy, WorldFirst’s platform would not meet that need. For this reason, I urge other traders with similar requirements to consider brokers that explicitly offer EA compatibility and transparent support for retail algo-trading. This is especially important because platforms not designed for retail forex trading typically enforce different rules and may lack the technical infrastructure that automated traders rely on.
