From my review of EGM Securities, I have to state clearly that, despite some of the broker's claims, it is currently not overseen by any valid regulatory authority. My own due diligence aligns with what third-party sources indicate: EGM Securities operates without reliable regulatory supervision. While the broker mentions licensing and supposed regulation from Kenya's Capital Markets Authority, there is substantial doubt about the legitimacy or validity of this claim. As an experienced trader, regulatory oversight is a primary consideration for me before depositing funds with any broker. The absence of proper regulation brings heightened risk, as it means there is little to no recourse for traders in the case of disputes, misconduct, or insolvency. Regulation is not just about legal compliance—it is vital for client fund protection, transparent operations, and oversight on practices like leverage and advertising. Without it, I find I must exercise extra caution and avoid risking capital I cannot afford to lose. It’s important for anyone considering EGM Securities to be fully aware of this regulatory gap and make decisions accordingly.
