Regulation is not just about legal compliance—it is vital for client fund protection, transparent operations, and oversight on practices like leverage and advertising. Without it, I find I must exercise extra caution and avoid risking capital I cannot afford to lose. It’s important for anyone considering EGM Securities to be fully aware of this regulatory gap and make decisions accordingly.
