In my personal due diligence as a trader, regulation is always my top priority before considering any broker, and with HMFS, this presents a serious concern. From what I’ve found, HMFS operates without any active or recognized regulatory oversight. There is no indication that it holds a license from reputable financial authorities, either locally within Pakistan or internationally. The platform explicitly lacks valid regulatory credentials, which means there’s no dedicated authority supervising its activities, protecting client funds, or enforcing operational standards. For me, the absence of regulation poses significant risks. Regulated brokers are subject to strict compliance checks, audits, and rules that are meant to enhance transparency and safeguard traders’ interests. Without this oversight, there are fewer formal channels for dispute resolution, and clients’ deposits are not protected to any enforceable standard. While HMFS has been in business for several years and offers some avenues of contact, these factors do not compensate for the lack of proper regulatory supervision. Personally, I will not consider trading with any broker that isn’t clearly licensed and monitored by an established regulatory body, as trusting my funds to an unregulated entity is simply too risky.
