CXMarkets is unregulated because it does not fall under the jurisdiction of any financial regulatory body. Regulation typically serves to ensure that brokers adhere to industry standards, including customer protection measures, transparency, and proper financial management. However, CXMarkets has opted not to seek regulatory oversight, which means that the company is not subject to the same scrutiny that regulated brokers undergo. While this might give the company more operational flexibility, it also means that clients do not have the same level of legal protections. From my perspective, being unregulated exposes traders to increased risks, as they may not have recourse in the event of fraud, disputes, or financial mismanagement. The lack of regulation can make it harder for investors to trust that the company is acting in their best interest. In my opinion, I would be cautious when trading with CXMarkets due to the absence of regulatory oversight.
