Unjust confiscation of 501.93 USDT and automated support I deposited 20.21 USDT into my account and was granted a bonus of 60.63 USDT, starting with a combined balance of 80.84 USDT. Through entirely successful trading operations, I managed to raise the account to 562.56 USDT. It is very important to note that my account balance NEVER fell below 85.00 dollars, which mathematically demonstrates that my real deposited capital was never consumed nor reached zero. All my profits were backed by my own real money. On September 27, I decided to proceed with the cancellation of the bonus. I did so guided by their own official interface in the trading room, which textually promises before pressing the button: "You can cancel the bonus through the 'Bonus' button in the trading room. If you do, the bonus will be removed and only your remaining real funds will remain in your balance." Expecting the system to subtract only the nominal value of the bonus (60.63 USDT), the platform software abusively executed a charge of -562.56 USDT, completely sweeping away my entire account and leaving me at zero. They have improperly confiscated my 20.21 USDT initial deposit and my 501.93 USDT of legitimate profits accumulated at my own risk. The internal support and the complaints department ignore the mathematical evidence of the screenshots and respond with automatic robot templates that invent false data, saying that my real balance had been depleted. This is a clear case of misleading advertising within the application and wrongful retention of funds. I demand a serious human audit by IQ Option's financial supervisors and the immediate restitution of my 501.93 USDT of remaining real funds.

Clean mobile app design

Been using IQ Option about 5 months. Mobile app is one of the cleanest I tried. Charts load fast and navigation is intuitive. AI analysis tool gives useful hints

Two different assets

It was great to trade in two different assets: options and margin. One with leverage and better risk control, one easiest to get a winning trade, since I just tried to anticipate the movement after the expiry date! The platform did fine too. Could integrate claude and use it to spot major supply and demand zones.

I downloaded this app because I saw many ads where I could earn money. I downloaded it and it asked me to deposit. I deposited 70 thousand Colombian pesos via Nequi in total, first 50 thousand, I lost them and then I deposited 20 thousand. After that, I earned 60 thousand. I tried to withdraw to recover the money I had lost. I tried to withdraw via Nequi and it asked for a screenshot with my Nequi information. I sent it and had to wait more than 24 hours for a message, and then they tell me that I didn't send the documents, even though I always send them. I have been trying to withdraw for more than 2 weeks and it won't let me. I have done everything they ask to be able to withdraw and they haven't let me. I ask you for the favor and help me recover my money that I invested in this app, which is a total scam.

Payment experience

WITHDRAWAL FRAUD ON THE IQ OPTION PLATFORM

I am filing a complaint against IQ Option for the unjustified closure of my account and the withholding of S/ 2,187.00 generated through transactions on the platform. When I requested a withdrawal, my account was blocked. Support indicated that the reason was the alleged existence of multiple accounts, but provided no evidence or clear explanation. The platform had previously validated my information and allowed my deposits without issue. To date, I have not received a refund or a satisfactory response. I request an investigation into the matter and that the necessary measures be taken to recover my funds. I have attached screenshots, emails, and communications with support.

I had trouble when trading.

I had problems making my withdrawals. As you can see, I made several, many of which weren't accepted, and only two were approved. One of the 39 withdrawals was approved, but it never arrived. They said it was credited, but I checked, and it never came back to my iq option account. Then I made another deposit of 40, and that didn't happen either. Finally, they say it's in Pichincha, even though I made the deposit to my Guayaquil account. It's been 15 days, and they haven't resolved either case. I keep writing and writing, and they don't resolve anything, and I need my money. One says they've already deposited it back into the account, but they haven't because I checked the deposits, and they haven't. I already had a deposit of 60,000 Colombian pesos and traded until I had 49,000 left. I deposited again, this time 280,000 Colombian pesos, but I didn't trade from there. Instead, I decided to withdraw the 329,000 Colombian pesos. I made both the deposit and the withdrawal through Nequi in the same account (301*****69). Every time I sent it, I received an email saying that documents were missing, but in the application, it already appeared with both documents verified and accepted for withdrawal, and it was always the same.

customization of charts and indicators, execution, spreads transparency were better than the platforms of similar segments that offered both options and forex assets. Not everything was perfect. Like offered trading webinars seemed to be too basic for me. But again compared to industry average, iq option stands out.
