I downloaded this app because I saw many ads where I could earn money. I downloaded it and it asked me to deposit. I deposited 70 thousand Colombian pesos via Nequi in total, first 50 thousand, I lost them and then I deposited 20 thousand. After that, I earned 60 thousand. I tried to withdraw to recover the money I had lost. I tried to withdraw via Nequi and it asked for a screenshot with my Nequi information. I sent it and had to wait more than 24 hours for a message, and then they tell me that I didn't send the documents, even though I always send them. I have been trying to withdraw for more than 2 weeks and it won't let me. I have done everything they ask to be able to withdraw and they haven't let me. I ask you for the favor and help me recover my money that I invested in this app, which is a total scam.

WITHDRAWAL FRAUD ON THE IQ OPTION PLATFORM

I am filing a complaint against IQ Option for the unjustified closure of my account and the withholding of S/ 2,187.00 generated through transactions on the platform. When I requested a withdrawal, my account was blocked. Support indicated that the reason was the alleged existence of multiple accounts, but provided no evidence or clear explanation. The platform had previously validated my information and allowed my deposits without issue. To date, I have not received a refund or a satisfactory response. I request an investigation into the matter and that the necessary measures be taken to recover my funds. I have attached screenshots, emails, and communications with support.

I had trouble when trading.

I had problems making my withdrawals. As you can see, I made several, many of which weren't accepted, and only two were approved. One of the 39 withdrawals was approved, but it never arrived. They said it was credited, but I checked, and it never came back to my iq option account. Then I made another deposit of 40, and that didn't happen either. Finally, they say it's in Pichincha, even though I made the deposit to my Guayaquil account. It's been 15 days, and they haven't resolved either case. I keep writing and writing, and they don't resolve anything, and I need my money. One says they've already deposited it back into the account, but they haven't because I checked the deposits, and they haven't. The other says to wait, and I've been waiting for days, and I still haven't seen my money. I need my money.

Two different assets

It was great to trade in two different assets: options and margin. One with leverage and better risk control, one easiest to get a winning trade, since I just tried to anticipate the movement after the expiry date! The platform did fine too. Could integrate claude and use it to spot major supply and demand zones.

Payment experience

The identity verification process was pretty simple. They require standard documentation, didn’t have any issues or document returns. Once the KYC status is approved, I was able to request a withdrawal right away. They offer a variety of payment methods, but I went with the classic visa credit card. Payments perform fine, got my money within the estimated time of arrival.

Stable trading fees

I usually trade forex majors and can spice things up with blitz instruments. All in all, spreads most of the time hold themselves well, even during high volatile market conditions. Check out the pic I attached 👀

I already had a deposit of 60,000 Colombian pesos and traded until I had 49,000 left. I deposited again, this time 280,000 Colombian pesos, but I didn't trade from there. Instead, I decided to withdraw the 329,000 Colombian pesos. I made both the deposit and the withdrawal through Nequi in the same account (301*****69). Every time I sent it, I received an email saying that documents were missing, but in the application, it already appeared with both documents verified and accepted for withdrawal, and it was always the same.

customization of charts and indicators, execution, spreads transparency were better than the platforms of similar segments that offered both options and forex assets. Not everything was perfect. Like offered trading webinars seemed to be too basic for me. But again compared to industry average, iq option stands out.

iq option withdrawals being done well, can trust

did my trading last year for the first time and since then keeping my weekly activity. They have good range of withdrawal methods, and i use volet most of the time, fast and comfotable, can't say i'm so expereinced in trading but doing $200-$300 withdrawls once/twice monthly, no regrets about the platform

I haven't been able to make a withdrawal from iq option. It's always rejected.

The broker is good, but flexibility is lacking

Ive done many withdrawals till this day, and each time it gets processed quickly. It takes only several minutes for money to reach my credit card, but I don’t understand why they offer only two payment options? Maybe it’s because of my location, but not sure… I would like them to add some crypto methods

Needed more diversity

I was okay with the platform and its features, but not much with payment methods. Saw only cards and volet, nothing else really. Knowing how much it takes for card withdrawals…

Excellent balance between power and simplicity

iq option combines power and ease of use - a rare blend. I have all the tools I need for analysis without the user interface looking crowded. I can trade binary options, CFDs, and cryptocurrencies in one place, saving time. The CySEC license is an additional feature - at least I know it's a legal platform. The verification process took about two days, which is somewhat long, but the support team helped me through it. Final note: I wish there were more advanced indicators on the charts, like trading volume indicators or more volatility indicators. This would make it perfect.
