Based on my research and personal due diligence, I found that Track Fxx does not have any valid regulatory status. The platform displays warning signs such as a “Suspicious Regulatory License” and an explicit lack of confirmed regulatory oversight. As someone who has navigated the forex industry for several years, I understand that trading with brokers lacking proper regulation puts client funds and trading integrity at substantial risk. Regulation isn’t just a formality for me—it means broker activities are held to professional standards, with oversight in client fund protection, trading transparency, and dispute resolution. For Track Fxx, the reported “No valid regulatory information” is a red flag, since there is no credible authority—whether in the UK or anywhere internationally—monitoring their operations. This lack of oversight means there is limited recourse for clients if issues arise, and such uncertainty does not align with my personal risk tolerance or the standards I recommend for responsible trading choices. For these reasons, I do not consider Track Fxx a regulated broker, nor do I find adequate evidence of any regulatory body overseeing them.
