For instance, during a field survey, no physical office was found at the provided address in Cyprus, which makes it difficult for me to verify their operational legitimacy and presence. Additionally, essential trading information such as leverage, specific trading platforms, and fee structures are missing or unclear. For someone like me, this lack of disclosure is problematic, as it prevents thorough scrutiny and informed decision-making—two cornerstones of responsible trading. Another significant issue is the broker’s “suspicious scope of business” and a flag for “high potential risk,” which could signify possible lapses in compliance or business conduct. Furthermore, unlike major brokers that often provide 24/7 customer support, GRANDIS SECURITIES does not, leading me to question how responsive they would be in case of urgent trading or withdrawal issues. While user feedback mentions normal deposit and withdrawal experiences, the outdated news feed and lack of updated communications suggest that the company may not be as actively managed or engaged as I’d prefer. Altogether, due diligence is especially important, and I would only consider such a broker after obtaining clear answers directly from their official channels. When real money and market exposure are at stake, transparency and verifiable reliability are non-negotiable for me.
