Furthermore, unlike major brokers that often provide 24/7 customer support, GRANDIS SECURITIES does not, leading me to question how responsive they would be in case of urgent trading or withdrawal issues. While user feedback mentions normal deposit and withdrawal experiences, the outdated news feed and lack of updated communications suggest that the company may not be as actively managed or engaged as I’d prefer. Altogether, due diligence is especially important, and I would only consider such a broker after obtaining clear answers directly from their official channels. When real money and market exposure are at stake, transparency and verifiable reliability are non-negotiable for me.
