Based on my careful research into BGC as a brokerage, I was unable to find any official disclosure regarding their maximum leverage for major forex pairs. This lack of clear leverage information extends to other asset classes such as commodities, futures, or structured products. In my experience, when a broker does not transparently state leverage policies, especially for something as fundamental as forex majors, it raises concerns, since leverage is a critical factor in risk management and position sizing for traders. Additionally, BGC appears to have an institutional focus, as they are registered in the United Kingdom and are regulated by the FCA, as well as in South Korea by the FSS. Typically, institution-oriented platforms may not even offer the retail-style high leverage seen elsewhere; their arrangements are often bespoke or negotiated client by client. Furthermore, I noticed there’s no information on minimum deposit, spread, or account types publicly available either. For me, as someone who values transparency and regulatory compliance, the absence of precise leverage details makes it impossible to confidently compare BGC’s offerings with the broader market or to determine the risks involved in trading other assets through this broker. In summary, I would advise approaching with caution and seeking direct clarification from BGC’s official representatives before considering any engagement, especially if leverage parameters are an essential part of your trading strategy.
