Based on my experience and the information available, I have some reservations regarding DONGXING FUTURES, particularly concerning customer service and platform reliability. While the broker is regulated in China and holds a futures license, which provides some regulatory assurance, transparency is limited. The absence of a demo account made it difficult for me to evaluate their trading environment and support responsiveness before committing real funds. Moreover, I noticed a user review reporting withdrawal issues, where funds were delayed and customer inquiries went unanswered. This aligns with my cautious approach—when a platform restricts access to full withdrawal amounts (only allowing 90% to be transferred out on the same day and the remainder the next), it naturally raises questions about operational efficiency and client fund handling. Furthermore, details on trading conditions are sparse, which makes it challenging to assess their fairness and reliability as a trading partner. For me, these factors would warrant careful consideration before allocating significant capital or relying on their service for active trading. When trading with any broker, but especially one with unclear conditions and mixed user experiences, I believe it’s prudent to start small and verify all processes firsthand before getting deeply involved.
