Le service client de Deriv est une insulte à mon intelligence. Mon compte a été soudainement gelé en mai, invoquant une "mise à jour d'identité requise". J'ai soumis mon passeport et une preuve de domicile cinq fois, pour qu'à chaque fois un représentant différent me dise que les documents étaient "incomplets". J'ai même eu un appel vidéo avec eux une fois, mais ils ont quand même affirmé ne pas pouvoir vérifier les informations. Leur système de levier, annoncé comme un levier de 1:1000, a été secrètement ajusté à 1:50 pendant le trading. Cela a entraîné la fermeture forcée de ma transaction sur le pétrole brut en avril en raison d'une marge insuffisante, ce qui m'a fait perdre 7 300 dollars australiens. Lorsque j'ai signalé leurs pratiques frauduleuses, le représentant a simplement raccroché. Cette plateforme ne se soucie pas des droits des clients ; ils ne cherchent qu'à escroquer davantage d'argent.
