Premièrement, ils ont enregistré ma carte de crédit sans ma permission, ils ont d'abord retiré, ils prétendent qu'ils ne peuvent pas retirer sur la même carte et après s'être beaucoup plaints, ils l'ont fait. Après avoir déposé la deuxième fois la même histoire, ils ne peuvent pas se retirer sur la même carte ! C'est ridicule et demandé d'escalader le responsable de la conformité et ils le refusent !

DERIV REFUSE TO WITHDRAW BACK TO SAME CARD AS DEPOSITED

First, they have saved my credit card without my permission, first withdraw they claim that they cant withdraw to the same card and after complaining a lot they did. After i deposit the second time again the same story they cant withdraw to the same card! That's ridiculous and requested to escalate to the head of compliance and they refuse it!
