Their proprietary trading platforms are user-friendly for basic trading and investment, but they do lack some advanced functionalities and integrations (for example, there is no support for MetaTrader), which limits automated or complex trading strategies. Charting tools are quite basic, and absence of features like visible swap rates or hedging options can be limiting for those with more sophisticated needs. Overall, for me, Questrade works best for straightforward or longer-term trading strategies rather than rapid intraday forex trading. I approach it with measured expectations, and always prepare for minor delays or platform quirks—something I believe is essential for responsible risk management.
