In my experience trading with VANTAGE, there are several points that I feel require caution, particularly regarding customer support and platform stability. Since VANTAGE operates without any valid regulatory oversight, I immediately became more conservative in my approach, as this typically translates into limited avenues for client recourse when issues arise. Personally, I found that customer support is reachable primarily via telephone or WhatsApp, and while they are responsive, the lack of broader contact options such as live chat or international support hours can be limiting, especially for urgent queries outside Egyptian business hours. Regarding the platform itself, I have not encountered major technical disruptions during regular market conditions, but the limited availability of platforms (Web, Mist WS, and a mobile app) suggests to me that advanced features or international scalability may be lacking. This has made me cautious about relying on VANTAGE for higher-frequency trading or larger transactions, especially since stability and quick issue resolution are paramount for those activities. Given the high potential risk highlighted by their lack of regulation and observed limitations in support channels, my overall approach with VANTAGE has been defensive. I always recommend evaluating whether the broker’s infrastructure and safeguards meet your needs, particularly if you depend on robust support or advanced technology. For me, these shortcomings mean I would only ever assign small, non-essential trading activities to this broker.
