However, that doesn’t mean all risks are eliminated—no regulator can guarantee absolute safety. For me, this oversight gives some reassurance that Shin is not operating as an unregulated entity, but I remain cautious, particularly considering Shin’s limited online platform and some “medium potential risk” warnings in independent evaluations. Ultimately, while the presence of FSA supervision is a major positive in my eyes, I always recommend a careful review of all other aspects of a broker before making any funding decisions.
