Despite their offer of an app (airstar App) for both iOS and Android, there is no explicit mention of a free demo account or any related features tied to simulated trading environments. This lack of transparency is a concern for me, as demo accounts are a fundamental tool for strategy testing and platform familiarization without risking real capital. Additionally, AMTD’s regulatory status is currently unverified, and there are warning flags about their legitimacy, including a WikiFX field survey indicating no physical office found at the stated address. Combined with one user report citing issues with withdrawals, I am extra cautious about the lack of details regarding demo access and any potential restrictions such as time limits. As a rule, I avoid risking funds, even in a simulated environment, unless a broker is forthcoming about vital account features and regulatory security. In this case, I have found no concrete indication that AMTD provides a free, unrestricted demo account. This absence, alongside other risk factors, would deter me from proceeding until greater clarity and assurance are available.
