This kind of regulatory gap always raises a red flag for me because it means there is little recourse if something goes wrong or if support is unresponsive. Their operations rely on external platforms like Zoom or Google Meet for consultations rather than proprietary trading platforms or secure, broker-backed systems. In my view, this setup lacks the reliability and seamlessness I expect from a professional trading environment. I did not notice any evidence of a robust, dedicated trading platform—which makes me question whether the firm is equipped to handle conventional brokerage activities, let alone urgently address technical issues should they arise. When it comes to customer service, VALFOREX seems to offer a direct email for support. In my own evaluation, this minimal contact option feels inadequate. Established brokers typically provide live chat, phone support, and quick response times to instill trust. Without these channels, I would worry about delays and limited accountability if assistance is needed with urgent matters. Overall, the absence of regulatory oversight, reliance on basic conferencing tools, and limited customer support options are significant drawbacks for me. For anyone prioritizing safety, transparency, and reliable service, these issues merit serious caution before considering any engagement with VALFOREX.
