One of the immediate drawbacks I encountered is the absence of 24/7 customer service. As someone who often trades outside regular business hours, I found it limiting that support is not consistently reachable, which can be a concern if an urgent trading or account issue arises. Another aspect that stood out to me is the lack of transparency related to core trading information, such as the specific trading platform in use, leverage options, and fee structures. For me, having clear and readily accessible technical and cost details is essential for making informed decisions and managing risk effectively. Without this information, I always feel a need to proceed with extra caution and verify all available details directly with their representatives before depositing significant funds. While my past withdrawal requests have been processed without issues, and basic functionality was satisfactory, the overall impression is tempered by the minimal updates on the company’s communication channels and the general scarcity of public information. This does not necessarily mean the broker is unreliable, but it does urge me to be vigilant. I would personally recommend conducting thorough due diligence, double-checking all specifics, and being mindful of the limited support hours, especially for those considering trading actively or with large capital.
