As an experienced trader, I always start by checking a broker’s regulatory standing before submitting any sensitive documentation. In SCB’s case, I become especially cautious since, according to my research, their main licenses—both from the UK’s FCA and the US’s NFA—have either been revoked or have expired. This signals that, while SCB positions itself as an expert in low-carbon commodities and environmental solutions, it is not currently recognized as a regulated financial brokerage for typical forex or investment trading. For me, this lack of clear, active regulation raises questions about both client fund security and compliance procedures. Regarding documentation, brokers operating in genuine, regulated environments typically require government-issued photo identification (like a passport or driver’s license), proof of address (such as a utility bill or bank statement), and possibly information verifying the funding source. However, because SCB is not operating under active regulatory oversight and appears not to offer retail brokerage or traditional forex withdrawal services, I would personally refrain from submitting any withdrawal request—let alone sensitive documents—without first verifying direct and up-to-date procedures with SCB via official channels. Given the current risks associated with their regulatory status, I believe extra caution is absolutely necessary before sharing personal or financial information.
