In my professional opinion as a forex trader, RGL does not provide the level of transparency or detail required to confidently assess any commission structures related to ECN or raw spread account types. Based on my careful review of all available information, RGL operates primarily as an internet service provider in Bangladesh and does not present itself as a regulated forex broker. There is no mention of ECN, raw spread accounts, or detailed trading fee schedules anywhere in the data I could access. The lack of regulatory oversight, combined with the absence of reliable disclosures, makes it impossible for me to verify if they even offer genuine forex trading services—let alone whether they charge commissions per lot. From experience, reputable forex brokers always publicly list such essential trading conditions on their official platforms or regulatory documents, as transparent fee structures are vital for risk management and trust. The fact that RGL holds no valid forex regulatory license and shows a “suspicious scope of business” warning is an additional red flag. For my own trading, I categorically avoid platforms that cannot clarify core pricing models—especially those not disclosing commission details. If you are considering them for forex trading or ECN access, I urge caution: there is simply no reliable evidence of their commission practices or overall brokerage legitimacy at this time.
