The most immediate downside that stood out for me was the lack of reliable customer service. While they do maintain active social media channels, I found that timely and effective support is far from guaranteed. Several user reports reinforce this observation; people described unsuccessful attempts to resolve account issues and frustration at the absence of responsive help, especially in situations involving withdrawal complications. What worries me even more is the platform’s overall reliability, specifically regarding account integrity and transparency in transactions. I have seen firsthand examples where account balances shifted unexpectedly or where dividend payouts seemed irregular. In my view, these are serious red flags, as consistent and fair handling of client funds is non-negotiable—especially for an unregulated broker.
