My decision-making process always revolves around platform availability, as it directly affects my trading tools and strategies. In the context of Simplex Asset Management, the emphasis seems to be on active management of equities, ETFs, bonds, and private debt, rather than providing retail trading accounts or standard forex platform access. For me, the absence of clear details about trading platforms is a red flag, especially since I rely on the transparency and compatibility that established platforms like MT4 and MT5 offer. Additionally, while the company is regulated by the Financial Services Agency of Japan and has a lengthy track record—both of which strengthen my trust—they also appear to operate with a "suspicious scope of business" warning and only medium risk ratings.
