In my experience evaluating brokers, one of my priorities is understanding account options—especially if I'm seeking an Islamic (swap-free) account for compliance reasons. When reviewing IFA, I meticulously searched for clear information about such accounts. Unfortunately, based on the available details, IFA does not specify the option to open an Islamic or swap-free account. The broker focuses primarily on financial intermediation within the Amman Stock Exchange, financial advisory services, and margin funding. There’s no mention of account types, let alone specialized religious-compliant accounts. This lack of transparency is concerning to me. More importantly, IFA currently operates without any valid regulatory oversight, which is a critical red flag. In my view, the absence of regulation means there’s no external framework ensuring that client needs—including those for swap-free trading—are addressed fairly or transparently. Because of these gaps, especially regarding account offerings and regulatory standing, I would approach IFA with heightened caution. For traders with specific ethical or religious requirements, I recommend only considering well-regulated brokers that openly provide documentation on account types, including Islamic accounts, and offer robust customer support to address such inquiries directly. For me, regulatory oversight and transparent offerings are non-negotiable in my broker selection process.
