In my review of user feedback, I came across a troubling account involving persistent withdrawal issues, where a trader reported being asked to pay additional fees and taxes to access their funds—a scenario that is particularly concerning on any financial platform. Although BitMart lists 24/7 support channels via social media, I believe this does not substitute for direct and transparent customer service, especially when dealing with significant sums. For me, the absence of robust regulation and specific user complaints about withdrawal reliability make it prudent to approach BitMart with the utmost caution and to avoid exposing large amounts of capital. My advice is always to prioritize brokers with proven, regulated customer service channels to safeguard one’s interests.
