This slippage resulted in some trades being only partially filled or failing entirely, which for me, as a disciplined trader, is a serious consideration because it can lead to unintended losses and disrupt planned strategies. While the platform is generally stable and secure, these issues with execution reliability are difficult to overlook. On the customer service front, my interactions were generally satisfactory, with prompt responses and support across multiple languages. That said, I found the lack of real-time, always-available customer support problematic, especially when encountering technical issues during active trading. For traders who need immediate assistance or who trade outside regular Japanese hours, this can be a meaningful drawback. In my experience, SBI SECURITIES is not deceptive and offers a reasonably secure environment, but I approach its platform and support structure with caution, particularly if execution speed or immediate customer assistance is a priority for your trading style.
