The company is licensed and regulated under the China Financial Futures Exchange (CFFEX), which indicates to me a baseline of oversight and adherence to Chinese financial regulations. This is key because futures trading in China tends to be more tightly controlled than in some other jurisdictions, reinforcing a measure of operational legitimacy. However, the fee structure at Industrial Securities Futures raises some flags for me. There is a clear lack of transparency regarding commissions, spreads, or transaction costs—no specific information is disclosed on their official channels or client-facing materials. From my perspective, this makes it difficult to assess the true trading costs and can be concerning, especially when accurate cost assessment is vital for sustained trading profitability.
