TISCO Securities is a legitimate platform in Thailand, offering a wide range of financial products like stocks, derivatives, and mutual funds. However, it is not regulated by Thai or international authorities like the Bank of Thailand (BOT) or the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC). This lack of regulation makes it more challenging to guarantee the same level of security and investor protection that regulated platforms provide. While TISCO Securities does provide a proprietary web-based trading platform (TISCO eTrade), users must consider the absence of legal oversight when engaging in trading activities. In my opinion, while the platform may be safe for those trading local Thai assets, international traders or those with larger investments should be cautious due to the limited regulatory supervision.
