Tera Yatırım may be considered legitimate in the sense that it offers financial services and provides access to trading platforms and instruments, but its lack of regulation makes me question whether it can be trusted with my investments. Legitimacy in the trading world doesn’t just mean that the broker exists, it also implies that the broker adheres to certain legal standards set by recognized regulatory bodies. A regulated broker is required to follow guidelines on how it handles clients’ funds, client protection, and fair dealing. Without such oversight, there is no guarantee that Tera Yatırım is following best practices, and this alone is a major concern. While they offer some appealing trading products and a well-known platform like MT5, their unregulated status creates too much uncertainty for me to consider them as a completely trustworthy broker.
