HFX offers a decent level of safety by being regulated by BAPPEBTI, as it ensures the broker complies with Indonesia’s trading laws. However, I personally don’t feel as secure as I would with brokers regulated by international authorities such as the FCA, ASIC, or CySEC. While the regulation provides a legal framework for operating in Indonesia, it doesn't come with the same global investor protections, such as compensation schemes or stricter audits, that I find in brokers regulated by top-tier authorities. If I were trading smaller amounts, I would feel comfortable using HFX brokers with low minimum deposit requirements since their regulatory framework is sufficient for managing small-scale trades. But when dealing with larger amounts, I would prioritize HFX trading brokers that have stronger global regulations to offer me additional security and peace of mind. For me, global oversight matters, and it’s something I consider before committing a substantial amount to any broker.
