Although XMR Markets holds a license from FSCA, the fact that their regulatory status is "Unverified" makes me feel uncertain about their safety and legitimacy. When I consider trading with any broker, the first thing I look at is the regulatory body overseeing their activities. In the case of XMR Markets, the FSCA license is not enough for me because the unverified status means that their regulatory compliance could be in question. For me, this is a huge red flag. A legitimate, safe broker should have a fully verified regulatory status, and given that this is not the case here, I would hesitate to trade with them. The "Unverified" label indicates that there are potentially significant risks involved, including lack of transparency, potential for fraud, or misuse of client funds. As someone who values transparency and security when trading, I would consider other brokers with clear and verified regulatory oversight to ensure my funds and personal information are protected.
