This regulatory framework offers some level of oversight, but the "Exceeded" status indicates that it may not fully meet all current regulatory requirements, which raises some concerns. Personally, I value clear and comprehensive regulation because it adds an extra layer of security for my investments. While SERC’s oversight does provide some protection, I am still cautious about trading with BroJets due to the lack of more stringent regulatory oversight like that of FCA or ASIC.
