Trade Order Rejection Despite 1:2000 Leverage
A Pakistani trader, while trading an NFP news event, could not execute all of his orders. According to the user, the leverage of 1:2000 was allegedly reduced during the event, preventing him from opening all of his trade orders. Investigating an Account Block Case of a Czech Republic User
A Czech Republic user complained of an illegitimate account against RoboForex. Despite the court order asking the broker to release the trader's account dated more than a year when the user shared the review online, the account allegedly continued to be restricted. Although the trader informed the broker about the court decision and the broker received the necessary documents, he reportedly asked the firm why his account continued to stay restricted.
