FX2092851543when I request to withdraw my account money USDT246318/HKD1916630, the customer service rejected my request and even need me to pay extra 10% tax separately instead of direct deduction. It does not make sense.
The customer service even urge me to pay for it within 4 days and refused to provide more written information by Australia tax department which is not persuasive for me to believe in it.
Please contact their manager and step in to solve my problem.
