The withdrawal is unavailable in ACS , which seems ready to run cuz the website is disabled.

The gang of teacher in Nanfang private, namely, Li Guoqing, Yang Lin, Qin Le and Zhang Manyue, induced me deposit 100 thousadn RMB into ACS , which is all doomed.

The authenticity of ACS’s maintenance system

I applied for the withdrawal. ACS stipulated that the fund could be transferred into mt account within 3 days. On January 8th, ACS noticed that the funding channel would be suspended due to the system maintenance. But the withdrawal is yet to be received on 11st. No one explains it to me.
