The withdrawal is unavailable after depositing money.The customer service keeps shirking with kinds of reasons.All person have encountered with such situations lasting for more than half year.

I deposited $10,000 in the platform. I lost $6,000 due to the adviser’s order recommendations, but afterwards I managed to pile my account balance up to $60,000 more by myself. I requested for the withdrawal four months ago, while it is still under verification. I sent many emails to the customer personnel, who shirked the accountability by repeating that it was the liquidity providers who were responsible for money withdrawing. However, it has not yet arrived to my credit card today(June 19th). It must be a scam platform.
