I opened an ECN account on Berndale Capital with a number of 2096852678 on August 16th. They promised me they won’t fuck up my orders before I deposited $6000. I earned $3310 during that time. Then I withdrew $1500. After then I’ve been trading under the guidance of their customer manager and withdrew $3000 again. Ever since September 3rd, the withdrawal process became troublesome. I urged them but they said I violated their rules. I’ve all the evidence to prove my legitimacy of trading. I want them give my money back!

I opened an ECN account (MT4 account 2,096,852,678) on Berndale Capital on August 16th. I asked the account manager if I could make orders based on data before I opened an account. After I got a positive reply, I deposited 6000 dollars and started to trade. I made a order based on the data, and earned 3,310 yuan. After that, I withdrew 1,500 dollars and the money arrived (they didn't accused me of illegal trading at this time). After that, I made orders according to the requirements of the account manager, and then I withdrew 3,000 dollars and the money arrived(they didn't accused me of illegal trading). But money withdrawing was not smooth from September 3. I asked the account manager to urge the withdrawing process several times. As a result, the company sent me an email, saying that I was not allow to withdraw money because of irregular trading. I can provide a chat history with the account manager and, which proves that my trading was approved by the account manager! I asked Berndale Capital to give me my profits!
