While the premium account has low spreads, the upgrade requirements are a bit restrictive. They're not just based on your balance, but also your trading frequency. I have enough funds, but I've been trading less lately, so my upgrade request was rejected. This policy seems a bit rigid. Even with the required funds, I'm still being blocked from receiving discounts. It doesn't seem reasonable. Can't they be more flexible?
