According to the details provided, PAXOS processes stablecoin deposits and withdrawals on-chain, which can technically be near-instant depending on blockchain conditions. However, in practice, the crucial issue isn’t just about the theoretical speed of these transactions. For me, the lack of any credible financial regulation overseeing PAXOS raises immediate red flags, and I treat this as a high-risk situation. Additionally, numerous user reports specifically indicate that withdrawals were either severely delayed or outright impossible. In several cases, users complained about being unable to access their accounts, having funds frozen, or being required to pay substantial fees before withdrawals could even be considered. This is highly alarming as it strongly suggests procedural or operational risks, regardless of technical capabilities. Even though the technology underpinning PAXOS could theoretically enable instant blockchain transfers, my personal stance is that the lack of transparency, regulatory oversight, and the multiple negative user experiences make it unsafe to rely on any advertised withdrawal timelines. For me, safety and trustworthiness always come before speed; thus, I would not proceed with PAXOS, regardless of what payment methods are offered.
