Given all these factors, I would strongly recommend that anyone considering this broker directly contact their customer service—using the official channels listed—to request written confirmation about inactivity fees and related policies before opening or leaving funds in an account. For me, a lack of clarity here is unacceptable, particularly in a field where trust and financial security are paramount.
