Based on my close examination of RCG, I have to be forthright: it’s difficult to determine their commission structure with certainty because the available information lacks direct detail about trading account types such as ECN or raw spread accounts—or the specific commission charges per lot. This lack of transparency immediately raises concern for me as a trader, especially since commission costs have a direct impact on my trading performance and risk management. Generally, with reputable brokers, ECN or raw spread accounts do come with a commission per lot traded, as they typically offer tighter spreads and offset their operational costs by charging a fixed fee per transaction. However, RCG’s regulatory status is precarious; they are listed as unregulated, and there are warnings regarding a suspicious regulatory license and high potential risk. In my experience, when a broker does not clearly disclose critical fee structures, including commissions, it makes it impossible for me to confidently factor in costs, and it undermines trust. For any trader—especially those prioritizing capital safety and fair dealing—this lack of clarity means exercising extreme caution is essential. I would personally refrain from opening or funding an account with RCG until they can provide comprehensive, verifiable details on all trading costs.
