In my experience with Fortex, I have taken a very cautious approach, given the prominent warning signs. The most immediate concern for me is the absence of any valid regulatory oversight. As an independent trader, I know that regulation is fundamental for establishing trust, ensuring transparency, and providing recourse if issues arise. Fortex, unfortunately, fails this most basic test, which affects my overall confidence when interacting with their platform and especially with customer support channels. Regarding my own attempts to reach customer support, I found communication to be slow and, at times, unresponsive. This aligns with what I have seen from other users who, even when facing platform issues or accusations of trade manipulation, reportedly struggled to get timely resolutions. For me, this lack of real-time support raises the risk level—if there's no efficient customer service, addressing problems like trade execution discrepancies or technical outages becomes much more difficult. On the platform stability front, my trading sessions with Fortex did reflect adequate speed and reliable execution during normal market conditions, which I attribute to their strong tech background. However, knowing that some community members have complained about trade manipulation and unexplained losses, I remain hesitant to fully trust execution integrity, particularly during periods of high volatility. Ultimately, for me, the combination of unregulated status and questionable support leaves Fortex as a very risky choice. Even though the technology appears robust, I would urge other traders to exercise extreme caution here and to never overlook the importance of genuine regulatory backing.
