Based on my own experience and thorough evaluation, there are a number of important considerations regarding I-Access's customer support and platform reliability that I need to highlight. First and foremost, the lack of valid regulatory oversight for I-Access is a central concern for me. In my years of trading, I've learned that interacting with unregulated brokers increases the risk of unresolved issues, particularly in areas such as customer support. When it comes to I-Access, the information available suggests that while they offer support channels like email, phone, and WeChat, there is a notable absence of clarity regarding response times and the effectiveness of their support team. Moreover, previous investigators were unable to locate their physical office, which further raises doubts about reaching anyone in the event of a dispute or urgent need for assistance. For me, having tangible and responsive support is non-negotiable, especially when real money is on the line. Regarding platform reliability, I-Access operates its own ISSNet platform available on both web and mobile. However, I have not seen any transparency in terms of third-party security audits or independent reviews of their platform's stability. For a broker with revoked licenses and unverified operational claims, I am hesitant to trust the reliability of their technology or entrust them with execution during volatile market conditions. Considering all this, my conclusion is that both their customer support and platform reliability raise red flags. This makes I-Access far less attractive and secure compared to regulated alternatives with proven reputations and robust user protections. I prefer brokers where assistance is proven and technology is reliably scrutinized, which, in my view, does not describe I-Access.
