As someone who has spent years vetting forex brokers for safety, I approached MBKET with caution. One of my fundamental criteria for credibility is regulatory oversight, and in this area, MBKET falls short. The broker operates without valid regulation, which is a significant red flag for me and should be for anyone serious about capital preservation. The score presented—well below reputable peers—reflects these concerns. While MBKET has been around for five to ten years and offers a broad range of financial services within Thailand, including retail broking, derivatives, and investment management, the lack of official regulation undermines all of that. When a broker is unregulated, there's no authoritative third party ensuring the fair treatment of clients, fund security, or dispute mediation. This exposes traders like myself to unnecessary risks, including the possibility of unfair practices or, in worst-case scenarios, fraud. Even though MBKET claims a comprehensive suite of services—such as offshore trading in 26 countries and extensive investment banking options—the absence of regulatory protection outweighs these positives, in my experience. This aligns with the warnings and low score I found during my research. For me, trust is non-negotiable in selecting a trading partner. No matter how established or diverse MBKET's offerings might look, the regulatory gap means I cannot consider them credible by industry standards. My position remains highly conservative: I always prioritize safety, and without proper regulation, MBKET does not meet my criteria for a reliable broker.
