Having traded and observed the forex industry for years, when I assess RGL, my primary concern is its complete lack of regulatory oversight. According to the details provided, RGL holds no valid regulatory licenses and is even flagged for holding a suspicious regulatory license and engaging in business practices outside typical financial industry standards. From my own experience, regulation is non-negotiable for forex brokers; it’s the most reliable safeguard for client funds and dispute resolution. Without a recognized regulator, there’s little recourse for traders if issues arise. Additionally, RGL is primarily described as an Internet Service Provider with a range of IT-related services, rather than as a dedicated forex broker. As someone who values transparency, I found the absence of clear information about actual forex trading services troubling—there is no mention of a proprietary or established trading platform, no insight into spreads, leverage, or available instruments, and no evidence of an operational brokerage website. Their fee structure only references internet services, not trading costs. Even customer support details and diverse payment channels cannot outweigh the high degree of risk and uncertainty for me. For these reasons, I view RGL as highly questionable in terms of legitimacy, and I would not entrust my trading capital to such an entity. My stance is firmly on the side of caution, especially for anyone considering them for FX trading.
