In my years of trading, I've noticed that brokers who support EA trading will usually highlight that capability, often specifying the supported trading platforms (such as MetaTrader 4 or 5), which facilitate EAs. However, Ichiyoshi Securities appears to focus on traditional securities and has a business model built around regulated Japanese financial products, with a particular priority on providing customers with straightforward and trustworthy products while intentionally avoiding complex or high-risk instruments, including foreign exchange margin trades. This conservative and client-protection-oriented approach makes it clear to me why automated trading features are likely either limited or completely unsupported. Their stated management principles focus on the provision of transparent and less complex services, which rarely aligns with a platform that openly accommodates retail algorithmic trading via EAs. Therefore, for traders interested in running automated strategies or using Expert Advisors, Ichiyoshi Securities may not be a practical choice. I would recommend confirming directly with their customer service before making any decisions, given the potentially limited contact methods and the importance of choosing a broker that truly matches your trading requirements.
